Branagh motto, mission statement, and values
Branagh Development had been around for 100 years, but never come up with an official motto, values, or vision statement. But as they grew beyond a family business, they realized they needed help capturing the spirit that made them special.
I interviewed 15 management stakeholders and employees, digested past materials, visited job sites, and reviewed with executives. A lot has changed in the world since 2019, but they’re still printing their motto on t-shirts.
